6. Payment and Billing

Certain Services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice to users. Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volare Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our Services.
